: Things and stuff
I don't post here. I have my own blog, written in Esperanto. I'd like a domain name, but I seem to be too stupid to figure out how to get one (see this thread).
My blog is on WordPress. It's great. If you have a host with PHP and MySQL, you can make your blog anything you want it to be. Currently I'm paying my host $12 a year for no ads. Like I said, I'd like a domain name, which would be an extra $10 or so a year. WordPress is free (both as in speech and as in beer).
I currently have two plugins for WordPress. Renard is the result of what I worked on in Google Summer of Code 2007. Renard strives to make editing themes more easy by allowing you to use a special editor that converts back and forth between PHP functions and HTML-like tags.
More recently, I've begun working on Bojo, a simple mechanism for adding Twitter-like functionality to one's blog.
